Placing Your Order

Stock: cannot be guaranteed until the date an official order is placed and Buy Promos, LLC verifies stock availability with our supplier. Timeframe: Once you submit your order it will be reviewed by a customer service representative. Sometimes there is an issue with stock, artwork, etc. A company representative will contact you via email or telephone if we have any concerns about your order or your in-hands date. Buy Promos, LLC cannot guarantee fulfillment of your order until it is received, reviewed, and you receive an Order Acknowledgement via email from us. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to cancel your order. Order deposit: If you are a new customer a deposit will be taken at the time you place your order, including a shipping estimate.  

Art Proofs

For most standard orders we will provide a free emailed art proof. Buy Promos, LLC will provide you with up to 2 proofs, should you request changes. Any additional customer requested changes after the second proof are subject to a $10.00 per revision charge. Art proofs are not available on 1-day rush orders, and are not guaranteed on 3-day rush orders.  

Over/Under Run Policy

Our suppliers reserve the right to allow a possible 5% variance over/under the quantity you have ordered for quality control purposes. You will be billed for the quantity shipped.

PMS Color Match

we will make every effort to match your color as closely as possible. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

Once an art proof has been created for your order, if you decide to cancel your order you may be billed for the time and effort given to your order up to this point.

Shipping

Shipping costs: We provide estimated shipping costs on our website for your convenience. The rates shown are just an estimate and subject to change based on the daily rates of our carriers UPS and Fed Ex. Transit time: UPS and Fed Ex list transit time from locations. Buy Promos, LLC cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once your order is picked up by the shipper it is the shipper's responsibility to deliver your order.

Re-Orders

Our re-order guidelines are published on our website on each individual item page. Different items may have different re-order policies. If you place an exact re-order (no artwork changes) within the stated re-order timeframe, a re-order set-up charge will apply. If you re-order after the cut-off date a new set-up charge will apply.

Packaging

Most of our items are packed in bulk unless specified otherwise. Should you require special packaging, please contact us to review available options.

Product Safety

All of our products are safety tested to be sold in the U.S. market & are intended for adult use only. Orders primarily intended for children 12 years of age & younger must comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and may require us to collect additional information from you. Additional fees may be involved.

California Customers

Stress ball order: In order to comply with California Proposition 65 all orders shipped to a California address will be packed in individual poly bags printed with a Proposition 65 compliance statement at a fee of $0.10 additional per unit, unless customer specifies in writing otherwise.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Buy Promos, LLC reserves the right to revise our privacy policy at any time. This policy is effective from September 13, 2007.

Returns

Under no circumstances should you return your order to us without first contacting us to discuss whether or not a return is possible, and to receive instruction on how to do the return if we determine it to be justified. If your order is not done correctly we will make every effort to assist you in rectifying the situation in a timely fashion.
